Enquiries are processed by the website hosting infrastructure and delivered to a private Discord channel that is accessible only to authorised people. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the business, or where disclosure is required or authorised by law. We do not otherwise disclose personal information to third parties without consent.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including business, legal and record-keeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
